Simple words on the subject of productivity... from someone who is on a continual journey to remain productive!  In a world where the "easy way out" calls our name and the "do it later" sits on our shoulders, here's something that might help.  It has for me!  We're all at the "start"....who will get to the finish....and how did they do it?

That's it.  One word.
If you don't begin, you'll never finish.  You'll miss every shot you never take. Just Do It (you know, like Nike).  The journey of a thousand smiles starts with a single step!

I'm running into this quite frequently, so I'm sure you are too.  The scenario:  seller's with nicely kept properties, but they are needing to sell because the payments are just too tight.  They're making them, but barely.  The loan payoff amount, commissions, and closing costs will leave them with nothing at closing.  And that's if they're lucky.  Many will need to bring $$ to the closing table.  That is, money they don't have to begin with.  Short sales, foreclosures, and lender owned properties have done a doozie on the neighborhood comps.

So I'm reading this great book by Jack Campbell (co-author of the Chicken Soup For The Soul series) called The Success Principles, that is just knocking my socks off.  I try to get in a chapter each day, and then ponder how I can apply what I've just read.  Last night my chapter began with an amazing quote that I'd like to share.
