These serious sellers understood the smart investment in staging a vacant home. After addressing  improvements, including a carpet install from a discount vendor and spray painting the light fixtures(transformation was remarkable!), it was our goal to make the staging most impactful in the first impression rooms. The beauty of the project is that these darling sellers received a near immediate offer with at least one back-up offer to boot. What a great win! P.S. We purchased the curtains in the dining room for a steal. In my opinion their installation truly glossed up the merchandising and drove the first impression rooms to another level.
