ethics: READING THAT WILL MAKE YOU THINK TWICE - 05/09/07 03:16 PM

Today I went to a seminar that opened my eyes to what exactly we do as title agents and settlement agents on behalf of the CONSUMER!!! That's right the consumer.
We have a fiduciary responsibility to the Buyer, Seller and the Lender (or entity loaning the money) to ensure that the transaction is done completely, ethically and give free and clear title to the buyer. (Sorry guys, you noticed I did not say Realtors and Loan officers.)
