I know....times are tough and the thought of spending money on advertising is just not possible for many. But remember...there are things you can do to get your name out for zero or no dollars so here they are.

1. Network...find a not for porfit group in your area and join. Helping others not only will get you involved but also get your name out. Sorting food next to 25 people at your church let's others know you care about your community.

2. Send out an email to your past clients...not a blast. Be personal and ask how they are doing and yes ask for their referrals of friends and family.

3. Drop off brochures at your chamber of commerce...most brokerage firms are members making you a member.

4. Get invloved with your local Association of Realtors Board. Working with fellow realtors helps you sell homes!
