Sledding in Lake Arrowhead, CA.  We were blanketed with nearly 3 feet of fresh snow over the weekend.  Saturday was cold, snowy and windy, but Sunday was full of sunshine and we couldn't resist getting out there and enjoying it.  
There are many places in Lake Arrowhead to enjoy the snow.  Our local ski resort are open and ready to show you a good time.  Go play in the snow and come back and rest your feet at one of our great hotels.  Lake Arrowhead is a wonderful Lifestyle.  Let us share it with you.

There's Snow in Lake Arrowhead! Snow Day! - 02/26/11 10:58 AM
There is Snow in Lake Arrowhead!  
I was out driving yesterday checking on listings and taking new photos and I snapped a shot of our "Storm" coming in.  We received about two feet of snow over the night and it is still coming down.  We are thinking this is a "Snow Day" for us.  We have a few appointments tomorrow and the day will tell if they still happen or not, but for now we are going to enjoy what Mother Nature has given us.

Living in Lake Arrowhead gives you the "Four Seasons" living you are looking for. I am a summer baby for sure. I love summer... but being a California Beach Kid, it can be a challenge when it comes to snow. When fall hits I am wondering how long will it be until we can put the boat back on the lake? 3rd Annual Polar Bear Plunge ~ Lake Arrowhead, CA - 02/05/11 03:45 PM
3rd Annual Polar Bear Plunge in Lake Arrowhead, CA.  This is a great cause that happen again this year.  Local business people through out our community put this together to help raise money for our local charities.  Each person who participates raises at leat $500 toward jumping in the lake.  All the money raised stays right here on the Mountain.  Our broker from Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty donated himself to the cause.  The water temp was around 44 degrees and the outside temp was around 52 degrees.

The month of January started off slow in real estate for Lake Arrowhead.  The following chart are the sales that happen in the month of January.  The positive thing we noticed for home sales, Lake Front homes in Lake Arrowhead had three sales in the month of January.  This is a positive for the higher price range and there was one in the high $2 Million range, which was for a great home on the North Shore of Lake Arrowhead.

On your drive up Highway 18 on your way to Lake Arrowhead, you can spot a clear natural landmark shaped like a "Arrowhead", hence the name.  The plaque is located in the Dogwood Park at the bottom of the hill with the following information.
