Pending Home Sales in Crestline/Lake Arrowhead 2-26-2012 - 02/27/12 11:30 AM
Lake Arrowhead, Crestline and Running Springs all had homes go pending this past week.  This is great news as we can see that even though it is Winter in Lake Arrowhead, homes are still selling.  
There were a total of 12 homes that went pending and Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty had a 50% market share on Listings sold.  All information was obtained from Rim O'the World Association of Realtors.

Today is February 13, 2012 ~ Information obtained from the National Weather Service ~  Looks like we might finally see some winter weather here in Lake Arrowhead ~

Today: Snow showers. Some thunder is also possible. High near 39. South wind between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible. Tonight: Snow showers, mainly before 10pm. Some thunder is also possible. Low around 25. Golf Course & Lake Views ~ Is there a Value? - 02/11/12 02:27 PM
Golf Course and Lake View homes in Lake Arrowhead do have a value.  I know some will wager that it only has a value to some people, and that might be true.  
However, you can't compare a home for $195,000 that sits on a main road with a view of the home behind it and no other  view to a home that is very similar with a Lake Arrowhead lake view for a $100,000 more.

The forecast today in Lake Arrowhead, CA is showing 80% chance of rain... I was thinking back to last year and the snow storms we had already had at this time of year.  The weather has been fickle, we have seen sunshine galore and we are wanting some winter to sparkle up our mountain.  So with that being said, this girl is looking forward to the rainstorm that will grace our mountain today.

The condo market in Lake Arrowhead is running steady.  Five condos have sold in the last 90 days in Lake Arrowhead.  That is a good ratio based on there are only 19 condos available currently for sale in Lake Arrowhead.  
If you are looking for a condo, contact a Lake Arrowhead Realtor who is familiar with the different condo complexes, it will make your search much easier.
