Broker tour today pulled out some good listings for the week. As you know, I only pick my Top Picks of the week for new listings. Spring is coming, well, it is actually here, but you wouldn't know it from the weather. We are expecting a foot of snow over the next day. But, I was able to get out before the storm and see what is new.

Ten homes in Lake Arrowhead went pending, including 2 Lakefront homes in Lake Arrowhead. The following chart shows which homes went in to escrow this past week. Lake Arrowhead Lifestyles Team has another listing sold. This is another example of pricing a home correctly and getting the results our client needed. We listed this home 30 days ago and really stressed where the price point needed to be and we priced it where the seller asked us to.

The Crestline ~ Lake Gregory area home sales compared from 2009 to 2010. The volume of homes sold over the 2009 year was less than 2010, however the pricing had some major changes.
The Crestline market had a lot of foreclosures along with regular home sales. This is a negative to some, however this could be a positive for people wanting a vacation home in the mountain area, there is no better time to buy.

WHAT A GORGEOUS BLANKET OF SNOW WE HAVE AND IT IS STILL COMING DOWN. OUR CURRENT STORM HAS DUMPED A LOT OF SNOW UPON US AND IT IS STILL COMING DOWN.
BRING THE KIDS UP THIS WEEKEND AND ENJOY SOME FUN IN THE SNOW. THE WEEKEND IS SUPPOSE TO CLEAR UP FROM THIS LAST STORM AND WILL BE MOSTLY CLEAR WITH HIGHS IN THE HIGH 30'S TOMORROW AND MID 40'S ON SUNDAY.

The winter months are setting in and inside sports are going to be pretty appealing. I was at the gym this morning and saw a flyer from the Ice Castle here in Lake Arrowhead. If you aren't familiar with the Ice Castle let me let you in on a great well known secret here in Lake Arrowhead. Known for training world famous Ice Skaters, such as Michelle Kwan and many others.

This is an untouched photo of Lake Arrowhead... There is no better place than the lake to see the sunset and sunrise. This is a slice of Heaven. Check out the streams of light at the top of this picture. We stayed out on the lake a little longer this evening because it was so warm.
