The month of April came and went so fast it is hard to believe. Home sales for Lake Arrowhead for the month of April were going strong. One nice thing you see in the report is that our higher end is getting movement and that is a very positive thing. On another note, you can tell that this is the time to BUY in Lake Arrowhead, prices couldn't be better. It is very affordable to have a vacation home in Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake in the San Bernardino Mountains. I am often asked what does lake rights mean? Lake rights in Lake Arrowhead allows for a property owner the right to use the lake, either by boating, kayaking, sailing, swimming, joining the beach clubs and owning or renting a dock. If you live outside the boundaries of lake rights you cannot use Lake Arrowhead.

March home sales were plugging along nicely for other areas on the mountain. Crestline, Arrowhead Villas, Twin Peaks and Running Springs areas all had some nice sales occurring.

The month of March flew by in Lake Arrowhead. Home sales for Lake Arrowhead are definitely moving along well. There are amazing deals out there, but you have to jump on them. Lake right homes under $200,000 are the best deals out there right now. Large homes with lake rights in Lake Arrowhead, some with Lakeview. Loan rates are still at some record lows and the inventory has a good variety.

Lake Arrowhead Home Sales for February 2012 ~ You would think that a short month would mean less homes selling, but the opposite was true. We had 29 homes sell in Lake Arrowhead in the month of February and one was a Lakefront home in Lake Arrowhead. 30 Homes were listed in Lake Arrowhead in the month of February and there were a total of 262 homes on the market in Lake Arrowhead.

Lake Arrowhead, Crestline and Running Springs all had homes go pending this past week. This is great news as we can see that even though it is Winter in Lake Arrowhead, homes are still selling.
There were a total of 12 homes that went pending and Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty had a 50% market share on Listings sold. All information was obtained from Rim O'the World Association of Realtors.

The forecast today in Lake Arrowhead, CA is showing 80% chance of rain... I was thinking back to last year and the snow storms we had already had at this time of year. The weather has been fickle, we have seen sunshine galore and we are wanting some winter to sparkle up our mountain. So with that being said, this girl is looking forward to the rainstorm that will grace our mountain today.
