Sunrise in Lake Arrowhead, CA this April 2, 2011 was a breathtaking one. Once again we have had some amazing cloud formations and they allow for amazing shots. This morning we woke to a Sailor Sky here and the wind starting to blow. A storm is rolling in tonight. At least we were able to enjoy hanging out on our dock yesterday with some mild temps in the 70's. I love the Vitamin D. We would love to share many other things about Lake Arrowhead with you, a million pretty little things.

Lake Arrowhead has the most beautiful sunsets! I have lived in our beautiful mountain area for close to 14 years. One thing that instantly became my favorite trait of the mountains were the amazing Sunsets we have. Last night my husband and I were working late and coming around the North side of the lake near the Lake Arrowhead Marina and we had to pull over to capture one of the most incredible sunset I have witnessed in 14 years. The colors were breathtaking!

Lake Arrowhead, CA Home Sales for February 2011. Well February 2011 was a short month, but compared to January we are on a roll. February home sales in Lake Arrowhead, CA were good for February. Not only are we hitting high price points but we are also seeing a small percent off of asking price on the sold homes. The homes that are priced right are selling and they are moving quickly. I love summer... but being a California Beach Kid, it can be a challenge when it comes to snow. When fall hits I am wondering how long will it be until we can put the boat back on the lake?
