5th Annual Pine Cone Festival is October 8, 2011 ~ Owner of Pine Rose Cabins Tricia DeFour started the festival 5 years ago! The festival will be on October 8, 2011 at the Rotary Centennial Park by the senior center in Twin Peaks. 10AM-4:30PM The records held so far are 23 1/4" Sugar Pine Cone and 4 pounds and 15 ounces and 16" long for a Coulter. Bring the winning pine cone in by noon on the 8th. Some great prizes are up for grabs, including lodging at Pine Rose Cabins, Gym membership, portrait session, Jensen's gift card, gift certificate … (1 comments)

October 10th is the Pine Cone Festival ~ The family fun event includes a Craft Contest, the now famous Pine Cone Olympics, lots of pine cone games, local music and of course the biggest Pine Cone in the World Contest.
