USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Funds Are Now Available Nationwide!  
Funds for Fiscal Year 2012 for the USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) Program are available today in all 50 states.  The guarantee fee for purchase transactions is 2.00%. The guarantee fee for refinance transactions is 1.00%.  All transactions now have an annual fee of 0.30%.

Our company is now moving forward and closing USDA loans with out the feds money as we have done in years past. Loans will be processed and funded with no further delays.
With rates being so low, now is the time to really get out and get your clients motivated and approved. Rates have never been this low and who knows how long they will stay this way.
