auction: Online Auction New Feature - 03/13/08 01:42 PM
We've rolled out another in a series of new features yesterday. The 'Buy Out' feature is for our online real estate auctions on http://www.epaxonline.com/. You can see the specific pilot example here (http://epaxonline.com/auction_details.php?name=35673571-Hwy-140-Catheys-Valley-California-95306&auction_id=100058). This feature is not exclusive, however, and allows one to list a property with a reserve as well. A bidder can actually accellerate the 2-4 week listing and have a listing agent closed and paid in 30 days or less following a shorter bidding cycle. Just another option to keep on the table.

auction: Any Auctioneers in the House? - 10/15/07 06:15 PM
If any of you out there in the Activerain community are professional auctioneers I'd like some feedback on the state of the auction business in your regions. Have you noticed an increase or decrease in frequency? Have higher value homes been going up for auction more frequently? auction: Listing Options on ePAX - Broker's Little Helper - 10/09/07 01:54 PM
One way to list on ePAX which is cost effective and the least hassle is available to real estate brokers. We have an auction agreement available for 12 month periods and there are no furthur fees during that time frame other than a $350 charge paid through escrow to Pacific Auction Exchange, Inc upon close.
