Some folks who want to sell their property don't want to pay commissions and want to move the property fast at market rate. With the auction method one can list and sell a property in this time frame at market and have the buyer pick up the commission. There are a few caveats, which include providing clear title, required inspections and an initial marketing fee to properly advertise the property.
