      <description>&lt;p&gt;Even though it is very difficult to secure financing during this downturn, there is still a lot of activity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Leasing Activity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Businesses are downsizing, some are selling and leasing back the property, some are renegotiating with their lenders or their landlords.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With all the empty space available, leasing is a very attractive alternative.&amp;nbsp; Rates continue to decline,&amp;nbsp;while vacancy continues to rises.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is a tenants market much the same as it is a buyers market.&lt;/p&gt;
