Richmond American Homes Has Some Explaining To Do
Back in February I discovered that my furnace is seven years older than my house. You can read "I Can't Believe What My Builder Did" .  I tell the story of how I discovered that my furnace is from 1993, when my house was built in 2000.  At the time I didn't expose that my builder is Richmond American Homes because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and give them the opportunity to make it right.

We would love to see how many people we can get to come out for this fun, high energy event!  We will be doing Zumba in the Town Square area which is down by the movie theater( If you have been to Southland's this is also the area where they have free summer concerts in the summer and in the winter they have ice skating).  If you have ever wanted o be a part of a Flash Mob, but haven't been asked... OK, people this did not happen to me or my listing, but it is funny and I just had to share!  It did happen to an agent in my office, at his listing. 
This agent had some specific instructions on his new listing.  It just went on the market on Friday, and it is in a great price point so they were anticipating a lot of showings.  The restrictions they had on showings was "no showings after 6:00".  Seems simple enough to follow.
A showing was scheduled for 5:15-6:00, so the homeowners left and came home … (14 comments)
