Cypress Creek Town Center Wesley Chapel update... - 10/17/07 08:43 PM
Cypress Creek Town Center, developed by The Richard E. Jacobs Group, the second largest mall in Florida, is expected to have big name stores such as Costco, Linens-N-Things and Target.
All of the stores that will take residency in the new Cypress Creek Town Center are yet to be announced. Confirmed is an 18-screen AMC cinema. Most nearby Pasco resident's are axiously awaiting the opening of this new mall, as it's delay has been nearly a year in opening!
The brand new Cypress Creek Town Center is located at Interstate 75 and State Road 56 in Wesley Chapel neighboring the brand new Ashley Furniture Store.

Recently, I have posted a few really great blogs that include virtual tours of many Wesley Chapel communities as well as facts and figures on these communities in Wesley Chapel.
My Relocation Clients ask me to post the Market reports on these areas, so they can get a feel of what is selling, an what has the highest volume of sales activity.
So here are some quick facts and figures regarding Wesley Chapel Communities for September 2007.

Meadow Pointe Market Report for September 2007 - 10/12/07 10:34 AM
Meadow Pointe, is by far the most active community in Pasco County when it comes to Real Estate home sales.
Last month, for September 2007, Pasco County had 409 Sales in total, Meadow Pointe, in Wesley Chapel had 15 of those sales. Seven Oaks, had 13 of those 409 sales, and the remaining sales were made up of various subdivisions and communities through-out PASCO county.
For the exception of Meadow Pointe and Seven Oaks with the MOST activity every month, other communities may average about 5 sales per subdivision per month.

Personally my homeowners insurance bill IS higher than my Tax bill! I have been in this market for 16 years now and NEVER thought I would see a day where my Insurance was actually higher than my tax bill! (we moved 3 years ago in 2004)
