Recent reports show that Tampa Home Sales are Rising at a slow but steady pace monthly.  Since January 2008 we are up 76% in pending home sales.  
Recently, 2 local media outlets (Fox 13 News, and ABC Action News) reported that Tampa is almost to the bottom of our Housing Market.
