In tampa this year Super Bowl XLIII will be the 43rd annual edition of the Super Bowl in American football, and the 39th annual championship game of the modern-era National Football League (NFL).
The game will be a matchup between the 2008 champions of the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC). The game is scheduled to be played on February 1st, 2009 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, the second Super Bowl at this venue and the fourth overall in that city. Can you believe it?  After over 90 YEARS of doing business in Tampa Bay, this Nations Largest dealership closes it doors a people approach the dealership.  Now Mr BIG Volume is overnight Mr NO VOLUME!  Makes me wonder how much further this might impact our local community even more so than what we already have seen.

Where is the bottom of the Tampa Market?  Does anyone really know?  Nope.  I do believe we are getting there! 
My take on this market is this:  It's like of like when you buy and sell stocks.  Buy low, Sell High is the objective right?   No-one knows what that 'bottom number' is... so just like a stock:

So why am I posting this here?
Because sometimes I think it really should be taught in Realtor 101, (or at least by your broker) but since it is not, here is my list of TOP 10 NO-NO's every Realtor(R) should KNOW KNOW:
Don't give your client the lock box code (EVER)!  Do we really have to say this? Make sure you account for ALL funds in a timely manner as required by state law.
