Where is the bottom of the Tampa Market?  Does anyone really know?  Nope.  I do believe we are getting there! 
My take on this market is this:  It's like of like when you buy and sell stocks.  Buy low, Sell High is the objective right?   No-one knows what that 'bottom number' is... so just like a stock:
Pick one you can afford to buy Make a Smart Decision at the right time (using your own best judgement) The people that Make the most money aren't flippers, day traders, paper swappers, they normally 'sit' on their investment and watch it mature. Despite the … (1 comments)

CNBC recently reported that Tampa has the #1 buyers market in the country right now!!
Investors have left the market and affordability is now back for Tampa buyers!  The Job growth continues here in Tampa and our unemployment numbers are low.  As this CNBC video states, our Employment remains strong and diverse, Housing inventory is high, and there are many new transfers into the City of Tampa. 
They also remind us the difference between Market Value and Assessed or Appraised Value.
Limited Mortgages available play ONLY a small part of who can enter the Tampa housing market.  We STILL have subprime loans and we still … (17 comments)

This quaint little community of Carpenters Run is located just 1/2 mile west from the soon to be Cypress Creek Town Center (2nd largest mall in Florida), in Lutz Florida.  Now just to clarify things up a bit, some of LUTZ Florida Real Estate is located in Pasco County and some is located in Hillsborough County.
