land o lakes homes: Home Buyer Seminar Workshop - 06/26/08 08:53 AM
Last night we held another Home Buyer Workshop for our active clients and interested parties.   We put these on about once a month for you, and we rotate the area that we have them in to include Tampa, Land O Lakes, Pinellas County North and South - so sometimes Clearwater / Tarpon Spings area.  
Last Night Dupree Lakes was kind enough to let us have the workshop at their clubhouse. Chris at Beazer Homes was very welcoming to all of our guests.  Many people in our class had questions on how Communities Such as Dupree Lakes and the common amenities worked.

Today I previwed a several homes with a client in the Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Lutz, and other Nearby Pasco & Hillsborough County Homes.

Last night, I met with a client to go show a home, and we thought we would meet up at the LAND O LAKES Chili's on SR 54, and ride together to the property we were seeing, then meet back up at Chili's for a drink and possibly an appetizer if it wasn't too late. 
The PARKING LOT was JUST THAT!   There was NO place to park!  Partly Because there are not a lot of places to eat here YET, Chili's is SUCH a local favorite!  Drinks are always 2 for 1, the food is always predicatably good, and Stacy among other familiar … (4 comments)
