As a native Tampa Resident, proudly serving the Lutz Area, my discovery has been to write, write, write, and click, click, click, and BLOG, blog blog about the communities you are most familiar with.
My only downside to this fun (and it is so much fun to check out communities and put up the photos and talk all about them), is finding enough time in the day to talk about all of the great deals, and things I have discovered on a daily basis (and yes still get some sleep)... Did I mention 3 kids?
