CNBC recently reported that Tampa has the #1 buyers market in the country right now!!
Investors have left the market and affordability is now back for Tampa buyers! The Job growth continues here in Tampa and our unemployment numbers are low. As this CNBC video states, our Employment remains strong and diverse, Housing inventory is high, and there are many new transfers into the City of Tampa.
They also remind us the difference between Market Value and Assessed or Appraised Value.

ABC News talks about Quantification in the market, what's going on, and getting "Clear on what's really going on right now"? Anyone really know? Again, most are looking for that "Bottom" and timing is everything!
I think that we are in for a bit of a cash crunch for most. Personally, I plan to liquidate stocks and move cash into real estate. The tough part is getting a decent lender approval, rate, and terms these days! Lenders are tightening up BIG TIME and making anything "out-of-the box" more difficult!
