Closing Day

Well, today is closing day, lets just hope I dont pass out from excitment and pee my pants at the sametime. Got all my fingers and toes crossed it just making it a little difficult to walk. This has been a hard one but I have learned some lessons got to work hard to git er done!

Everyone,

Hello, This is the first time I have ever blogged and the scarey part is I am not even sure where this will end up. I was wondering who is out there in Cumberland and Franklin County? I am a relatively new in RE. So far I have experienced whats got to be the worst seller ever! I am working with a buyer from Germany and he and his family are moving here mid August, The husband and wife came over to find a home which we did. Infact it was one that was on the market for over 13 months, made an offer, had a counter. made a counter , finally came to an agreement. Order the inspection had it done. Buyers left for Germany I get a call from the listing agent and the seller has decided they are not selling. Make a long story short it could of gotten very nasty. Luckily the sellers agent is a good one and she did her job and I did mine and we are closing Wednesday. This is my first home sale. I have sold land before and it was much easier. I am considering sticking with land. I would just like to know what other agents think? Homes or Land.
