The other day I commented on a Beautiful Post by Ginger Wilcox and as all good Bloggers do Ginger commented back. Sometimes we read what we are feeling into someones words, and sometimes we gain solace from what we read. Ginger's comment "The Road Less Traveled can be very, very lonely.." made me think. I thought about it for quite awhile as I more often than not do indeed travel down that lonely road that others choose not to.

As Real Estate Professionals we spend so much time trying to meet everyone else's needs that sometimes we forget to meet our own. Before I got my Real Estate license, I went to one of those 2 day refresher courses.  Do you remember when they asked you how much you planned to work?  I said then that I only planned to work 11 months out of the year.....and take a month off :) :)

Windmills and Snowcapped Mountains.....Real Estate in Whitewater, CA - 09/05/07 10:32 AM
If you don't know where Whitewater, Ca is, just look for the windmills.  Several years ago you could find the area easily, there was a huge dinosaur that seemed to just jump out at you as you drove down the 10 freeway going to or from Palm Springs.  Today however that dinosaur is hidden behind a couple of restaurants.  It's still there, you just  can't see it as easily, but you can't miss White Water if you look for the windmills.

How many times have you bought something on  e-bay, or anywhere else on the Internet, but once you received it you were disappointed - it wasn't really what you thought it was.  Maybe the picture showed it larger.  Or the description embellished the attributes, maybe there wasn't a picture at all, just the items description. For whatever reason you aren't happy.
