What is Self-Marketing exactly? As Real Estate Professionals we put our information on websites, networking sites, Classifeied Ads, and everywhere and anywhere online that we think can help us. The goal being to get people to want to call us.  We want people that have a Real Estate need to contact us, and we want to help our business.

It's Monday Morning again ....did you have a good week-end? Today another beautiful spring week is about to begin. MY coffee is brewing, the sprinklers are watering my flowers, and I am preparing for a phone call that I think will finally put my REO House into Contract.....all in all a good way to be starting the week....cool, refreshed, with expectations of positive things to happen.  Sort of like spending time here in the Rain.

We are the Keepers of the Earth.  Sometimes we hear or see something that sort of sits on the top of our mind for a second, or a millisecond, but it doesn't penetrate, then we hear it again later and wonder what it's about. If you haven't lived in a Communist Country you might be tempted to believe what our Government tells you, or any Government for that matter.  But is it the Truth?

It's Monday Morning again ....did you have a good week-end?  I hope everyone got their batteries charged for the week. Many of us worked over the week-end, and many enjoyed time with Family and Friends.....but whatever we did, the week-end is over and time to move on with a new week :)

How many times have you bought something on  e-bay, or anywhere else on the Internet, but once you received it you were disappointed - it wasn't really what you thought it was.  Think about our jobs, our clients, the homes we list, finance, sell, everything we do including blogging here on Active Rain. How many times have you been disappointed?

Good Morning...., it's Monday again, and today I am anxiously awaiting 9am....the time most people start work :) :)   I hope everyone is ready for another good week. I am not sure why I like Mondays so much, maybe because so many people are off on the weekends, and on Monday they all come back, and today hopefully several of us have calls to make and contracts to write :) :)

Tonight I am writing just a short blog on Office Managers, Brokers, and the Up Person that is rude to our Title, Inspection, and Staging Friends.  After going to several offices last week with a flier, I was shocked at some of the rude behavior I encountered.  There is no excuse for Office managers, Agents, Brokers, etc. to be rude to anyone that comes into an office trying to do their job.  If you're busy then say so, and allow someone to meet with Agents if the Agents don't mind.

Well after a weekend of Active Rain technical difficulties....the perfect way to start today would be if all our technology worked....websites, blog sites, cell phones, computers, everything :) Another thing would be to realize that even when technology breaks...life goes on.  I know, my website was down for over a week.....and hey, I'm still here, alive and well.

The other day I posted the final step we were doing to make this a reality Virtual Open House....A Real Estate Win-Win for Everyone including clients....:) and now the Results are in. For those of you that might not know , this idea was a Marketing Contest Entry from Misty Lackie  CEO  Go Smart Solutions .

Ahh, what is on everyones mind....the client. Guard them, protect them, treat them right so they will eventually either buy or sell a home with you.  Isn't that what Real Estate is all about?  We help people get into or out of a home, and get paid for knowing the in's and out's of the Profession.  So if this is the case why would you want to tell your clients about my Virtual Open House?

Tuesday Truths....Lenders are now being Scammed; and don't they deserve it? - 04/02/08 12:03 AM
Todays Market.....What does that really mean to the Average Home Buyer or Seller?  There are a ton of Articles on buying and selling....but what about the newest scams that have popped up?  And yes, these scams have to do with Lenders.  I just learned about it today, and I'll be a SOB.... I just couldn't believe it.
