Bad Listing/Marketing Photos - 07/22/09 05:55 PM
Now I have to start by saying that I am NOT a professional photographer...I don't pretend to be...I won't ever be.....  but at least I give it my best effort when needed.  Usually though I do hire a professional to take photos of my listings.
How many times do you run across listings that either have no photo or the photo is so horrible that you wonder why the agent even bothered.  I always wonder why the seller (even if it's a bank owned property) doesn't ask the Realtor that they hired to actually replace the poor photo(s).  Don't they realize … (9 comments)

What to do if your wallet is stolen - 07/20/09 02:32 PM
Just got done reading a post from another Realtor who had her wallet stolen while holding an open house.  Unfortunately, this is happening more and more and not just to Realtors and not just at open houses.
If your wallet is stolen, here are some steps you should take immediately:
1. Call your credit card or ATM issuers - also notify their fraud department
2. Call in and report the theft to your local Police or Sheriff
3. Call all 3 credit bureaus and have them put a "fraud alert" on your name/social
