They cut your appraisal by HOW much?
Here's the story: borrower is referred to us from a referral-partner (builder) and wants to get construction loan to finish what she started.
It's Tuesday LATE afternoon: Homeowner is building an $800,000 second home on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake (right down the street from our office) and has paid mostly cash.  She's running out of money FAST and her OUT-OF-STATE credit union has cut the appraisal value by $100,000 mid-project and now they won't lend her the money.  She came to us with 10 days left to close before her contract expires with the builder.
