Ok, so I just put my first blog in the wrong place and I'll just paste it where it should have gone. My bad. I'll get good at this one day soon.

This is the happiest realtor in Placer County and I am looking forward to posting, because what we realtors do every day is just plain old hilarious. Searching for buyers who want to live in Rocklin has been a horse race and there are all kinds of strategies involved in securing a home for them. Tough economy? Not here. Decent homes are snapped up in a matter of days and with multiple offers at that. Between short sales, REOs and what used to be called a "regular listing", every one of them has to be treated differently. (Someone should invent a name for a "regular" listing. Nowadays those poor sellers deserve some kind of special designation!) 2008 was my best year ever and all I can say about 2009 is, "Let the games begin!"
