Like many other realtors across the country I have continued to work steadily with sellers and buyers. The shift to a buyers market has been in place for at least 2 years and will continue so for some time. I do see an increase in buyers since October and they are prepared to buy. Sellers are listening but the art of negotiating is really necessary to get the deal to the table. Being in a 2nd home market in Cape May, NJ affords the opportunity to work with all spectrums of the business including different types of rentals. At this stage of my career it is exciting to know that I can continue to work at my pace and see the beach every day. Anyone interested in talking about Cape May, New Jersey give me a shout.  Referrals!
