Are you buying a home in Germantown Wisconsin, then look out for other buyers! - 01/12/11 09:07 AM
Are you buying a home in Germantown Wisconsin, then look out for other buyers An interesting thing has happened to me this last week. I've gotten a ton of calls on one of my homes for sale. Ordinarily this wouldn't be such a big deal because I want calls on my homes for sale so then why is this such a big deal? Introducing Ray's Indoor Mountain Bike Park. This is a former Menard's store on the northwest side (0 comments)

Carpe Diem: Seize the Day Learn as much as you can about as many things as possible A winner never quits and a quitter never wins. Success can be measured by how much you surrender; you can't keep what you have unless you give it away! Almost everything that happens in life is a direct result of a choice made by the individual. Make the right choices, even in the small things. If you don't attempt to shape your life, your life will shape you. Everything after "but" can be considered bologna sausage! Below is the statistical data for Germantown WI as it pertains to single family homes sold in 2010 vs 2009.
