Move to Stapleton: A resident Realtor's view of the Stapleton Community! #6 After this past weekend & upcoming week of events, I thought it only appropriate to note my number 6 reason to move to Stapleton. How the Stapleton community has given me new friends & neighbors. This weekend was our Neighborhood progressive party. It was so great to reminisce about our move to Stapleton. When purchasing a new home in Stapleton about 6 years ago, we joined about 60 households who all moved in at about the same time. This was great because everyone was in the same boat- Our new house (2 comments)

Move to Stapleton: A Resident Realtor's view of the Stapleton community! #7 - 12/07/10 12:05 AM
Move to Stapleton: A Resident Realtor's view of the Stapleton Community-#7 What should we do this weekend? A question that always seems to have a Stapleton answer. When we made our move to Stapleton we loved the idea of the parks & pools but didn't realize how cool it would be to have an event planned for us almost every weekend in the summer & monthly through the rest of the year. You can always count on things moving in Stapleton in the Summer months. Founder's green is always bustling with live music, a farmer's market, open air shopping, or my favorite, movies (0 comments)
Move to Stapleton: A Resident Realtor's list of What We Love about the Stapleton Community-#8 - 12/06/10 12:08 AM
Move to Stapleton: A Resident Realtor's list of what we love about the Stapleton Community-#8 While living in the old homes of Denver has all the charm & beauty, there really is something to be said about living in a newly constructed home. Since we have moved to Stapleton, I very rarely stay awake wondering if I need to budget for a new furnace or that our neighbors just had their main sewer line replaced for $15,000- that would be a tough bill/pill to swallow. Honestly though, I admit I fall in a trance every time I walk through an old home & remember having that kind of (0 comments)
Move to Stapleton: A Resident Realtor top 10 reasons for choosing the Stapleton Community-#9 - 12/04/10 06:47 PM
Move to Stapleton: A Resident Realtor's top 10 reasons for choosing the Stapleton Community-#9 #9- I had the family in the car & we were headed west on I-70 between Havana & Quebec. I couldn't believe how quickly the new Central Park Blvd. & Northfield Interchange was being constructed. This sparked the conversation of remember when... Being Denver natives we think back to what it was like when Stapleton was an airport. What a change for the residents of Park Hill & North Aurora. House values in the early 1990's had a nice tick up in those neighborhoods with all the buzz of the revitalization, and continues to. In (0 comments)

Stapleton Builders: The steps to getting your new construction home- Step 2 This is a continuation of our series helping home buyers know what to expect in the new home buying process. Please read part 1 if you missed it. Negotiation and contracting One of the most critical parts of the process and one that you definitely need a great neighborhood Realtor to help with is the builder negotiations. Let us dispel some rumors. First of all, Stapleton Builders are part of the Builder Realty Council and Home Builders Associations that set rules in place that make sure that they can't (0 comments)
Move to Stapleton: A resident Realtor's view of the Stapleton community! An associate of mine at the office is contemplating making the move to Stapleton. He asked me a month or so ago if I liked it, "Of course I like it, actually I love it!" that was enough for him. He didn't need further confirmation. Until a month later, " So now tell me, do you really like Stapleton?" I laughed because he was me 7 years ago. Before Stapleton I had lived in the Highlands in a sweet little Victorian, my husband & I then moved to a beautiful Denver Square (1 comments)
