Evidently, Mr. Bernanke (Chairman of the Federal Reserve System) is not trying to buy a home himself.  I know this with great certainty.  Otherwise, he would not be proposing his latest idea of the ‘economic twist’.   Sure. He is doing everything he can to stimulate the US economy.  He is using economic incentives to motivate consumers to go spend money.   His latest efforts, QE1 and QE2 (that’s quantitative easing #1 and #2), didn’t get the results he wanted.   So, now it is the ‘economic twist’ … selling short-term T-bills while simultaneously buying long-term T-bills.  Economists are quickly offering their … (6 comments)

Amy makes a great point about the look of the listing. Also, I feel a big issue is the lack of pictures. This seems to be pretty common on many REO and Short Sale listings. I have gone to many that were in good shape and more pictures would have made it much easier to decide to bring clients for a viewing. Are the listing agents to lazy to get out of the car and take more then 1 photo. They need to step up or step out of the way for people that are willing to do a better job. At … (5 comments)
