This is a great blog post helping explain why we as Realtors, and everyone else connected wiith the Real Estate Business ask Buyers to get Pre-Appproved prior to going out shopping for a home. I have worked with many that were pleasantly surprised they were able to shop for a much nicer home then they expected.
