vision: What's The Difference Between a Vision and a Goal? - 08/21/08 12:29 PM
Most of us are aware of the value of setting goals.  We've been taught this throughout our lives, so I won't go too in depth into goal setting.  However, how many of us have a vision?  What is a vision?  How does it differ from a goal.
I will define it this way...a goal is what we do to ensure that we achieve our vision.
This is a very simplistic definition, so let's dive in a little more.  Many successful business people set goals and achieve them.  Then they move onto the next goal and become absorbed in achieving goal after … (29 comments)
