Sales for - Kanaloa at Keauhou - and new listings as of 1/15/2008 - 01/15/08 07:21 PM
2008 seems to starting off as good as 2007 finished!!! Aloha Kona Realty sold 2 more properties in Kanaloa in the last 2 months of 2007, we've had  more closings in there - than almost all the other agency's combined.
We have a new listing coming up at Kanaloa - 2304 - OCEAN FRONT - I dont know that this one will even last until it is put on the MLS  - Hopefully its me that sells it.
