August MLS report in - Kailua Kona Condo sales are up 80% - 09/16/10 11:42 PM
Hawaii MLS report show the the Kailua Kona, Keauhou area, Condominium Sales were up 80% from August 2009 sales. Good news is,  were not following the national trend, which is great news for the local market. The bad news that comes with it though, prices are down from 2009, go ahead and follow the link over to my website to view the entire report

I'm still waiting for the catch on this client. Get a phone call the other day, guy wants to fire his agent and hire me. I of course have 2 questions for him - Why me, and why fire the other agent?
1: Why me - because he sees me all over the Internet (thank you ActiveRain - goes with my last blog) and I seemed really aggressive, and just seemed to like the right guy for the Job.
