And if that’s not enough good news for you – January 2012 also beat out January, 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2008. If you want to find a January with more home sales in it - you have to rewind all the way back to 2007.

11. Do not add more funds than what were approved for the HOA, second lien or any other lien against the property, regardless of where the funds are coming from. Doing so will result in a rejected HUD and possibly a declination of the short sale. The investor does not allow more funds to go to another lien than what they have approved, even if the funds are brought in by another party (buyer, seller, agent).

I am going to let you in on a new listing, we cannot put it on the MLS until the Sheriff moves the squatters out . Once listed at $1,400,000 (I'm sorry but it was never worth anywhere near that - But still thought it was worth mentioning).
