In fact I just closed the same unit in here for $380,000. I have the listing agreement signed but the owner does not want it on the MLS until he leaves. Its not even the end of the month yet, and we have already surpassed last years numbers - in fact Condo Sales are off the chart - over 162% from last years sales. In fact we are already ahead of 2008 and 2007. We even stand a chance of catching up to 2006 numbers ! Kona is doing great. Sometimes we get caught up in the day to day routines of our jobs, that we forget to slow down , take a deep breath, and appreciate what we have. Well this just happened to me! But I have had so many comments on my 2 newest listings, that it made me sit back and smell the roses. I re-looked at my strategies, looked at my listings, took the comments to heart, and realized that I am really lucky. One of my listings is $60,000 less than a unit right next door, I happened to ask the Realtor that was showing my (0 comments)
