Alii Cove executive style Condo, this is the large 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. This is a short sale, but don't freak out - I have closed over 29 short sales, and have 9 in escrow. In fact I just closed the same unit in here for $380,000. I have the listing agreement signed but the owner does not want it on the MLS until he leaves.

Its not even the end of the month yet, and we have already surpassed last years numbers - in fact Condo Sales are off the chart - over 162% from last years sales. In fact we are already ahead of 2008 and 2007. We even stand a chance of catching up to 2006 numbers ! Kona is doing great.
