I am sure we have all been to seminars or webinars where the "GURU" of Real Estate stands up there talking about how he/she  has over 50,000 followers and they only follow a 1,000 people back.
 "Buy my service and you to can have the same results"  !!!  
The new age Snake Oil Salesman !  
I just find it amazing  as to how gullible people really are - still today! 
 
Let me go back in time a little, back when I first signed up on Instagram. My mentor (my 14 year old son) advised me that it was always courteous to "follow" someone back … (0 comments)
