Luxury Vacation Rentals in Hawaii 
I recently had the opportunity to visit this home (wish I could say I stayed there, but I cant) I have a hard time even trying to explain the feeling you get when on this property, take a minute to add this to your wish-list.
Just FYI, my visit was when they invited me to join their team, which I proudly accepted, not in the rental department, but in the luxury sales division.

All-though Act 48 had its good intentions, like many other government programs, it was ill planned and executed even worse! 
What it did do though:  - was create - The - Absolute - Best time in history -  to Short Sale your home! 
That's right, with the backlog and nightmares it created - the banks are actually PAYING delinquent home owners to Short Sale their home, EVEN if it is a second home, investment property, or whatever - I am actually getting "moving assistance" money and deficiencies waived for 'investors" and let alone "owner occupied" homes.

I was wondering why it was so cold last night, then I woke up - Mauna Kea was blanketed in snow! (the top of it)  What a beautiful sight that is. we had this wild cold front move in last night, bringing lots of rain with it, had flash flood advisories - but no winter storm warnings - whats up with that? 
Ok Kids, grab your boogy boards, and garden gloves - lets head to Mauna Kea. Kids here dont have snow gloves, or snow boards, we just take them down to the beach to thaw them out when were done.
