I cant say I always agree with them, so hopefully you take it with a grain of salt, but Its always good to look at what the experts say, then make up your own mind. The 30-year fixed mortgage interest rate is currently still below 4%. I get these local interest rates emailed to me on a regular basis, and I thought maybe it would be good to pass these on to blog readers? Let me know what you think. I should probably do some kind of disclaimers, like I am not mortgage broker, these rates should be good today, but it could change in a minute in this climate, and I am sure there has to be some minimum credits scores, and job history, you know - bottom line this is just for comparison and each individual need to apply to see if they qualify - … (0 comments)
