I love it when people "predict" what the market is going to do....none of us really know...who saw this coming....I didn't at least...The bottom line..your house is worth, in this market, what someone is willing to pay for it....the best thing to do it be smart about pricing it.. Pricing a home high, and being willing to negotiate in the market, is not the best (according to "me" )approach.... Because everyone else around you is pricing their home to sell...and people typically tow the line of least resistance..even if you are willing to bargain down...it may be too steep of a
