If you are...how do you decide which agent to use?  To be honest, fundamentally, we all are capable of doing, pretty much the same thing...right?? I mean, we all use the MLS to list our homes, put up signs, lock boxes etc.  But what makes a good agent...?  When you are interviewing agents, are credentials important to you??  If so, go with the agent who has the most credentials.  If it is important to you, how long they have been an agent, and how many homes they have sold...go with the agent who has racked up the years and the sales....

I have a listing that is vacant, the community it is in had an electrical outage, when the electricity came back on apparently the stove turned on....(my client has her neighbor going over the house every so often to check on things) the neighbor called me and told me that the stove was on, I thought that someone had come in the home and turned the stove one, but there was no activity on the supra lock box..the neighbor told me that she had heard of that happening....if this is true, thats kinda scary....... … (7 comments)

Back in the day, this was the high light of the season, peforming at the Christmas Halftime Show...When I watch the team peform, it always brings back great memories...although I don't miss wearing practically nothing, while watching other people sitting in the stands with coats...hats, gloves......nice and cozy.....when I cheered the director would go out side take his hat off, if his head didn't get cold, we could not wears our jackets....

I get about one of these, or one very much like this, a week...someone from another country telling me their sad story, BUT  they have come into all sorts of money, and their child who lost their arm riding bare back on a tiger needs to come to this country and I need to recieve money in my account for them...  This is the one I recieved this morning.....does anyone respond to these things...????  I don't even know what kind of scam this is...but it has to be one...

Here it is folks...the first snow in our area, and as usual, there are those who, with reckless abandon, fly down the road, as if they had a death wish...one such fellow, right before my very eyes, spun around in front of me on route 66, and was facing me....thank goodness, I am one of the overly cautious drivers, everyone honks at, I was able to avoid hitting this guy.....Winter is here,......it's on.....in the Washington Area....drive slow people...

This is a completey reflective post...I had to come down the Williamsburg, Virginia for a soccer tournament this weekend...I have been down here many times before for either soccer of gymnastics, but this time I had time to look around, and check out this city...It dawned on me the rich history of this city and how beautiful it is... I live in the Washington D.C, area, and don't go to the monuments, or all the museums, that are areas has...taking for granted, what thousands of visitors, every year, come to see.  My new years resolutions, will be to at least try … (0 comments)
