If you were to ask me 5 years ago if I would be living on the water (it has been my lifelong dream to have a house on the water) I would not have believed you. I moved back to Southern Maryland a couple of years ago, but was still working in Northern Virginia, as I had lived there for over 27 years and it was a market I knew very well. I grew up in Waldorf, graduated from Thomas Stone High School (Go Cougars!) and have just recently moved back to the area, actually splitting my time between Northern Virgina and Southern Maryland. It sure has come a long way since I lived here. What was once a small Southern Maryland town, is now a full of activity. The main drag in Waldorf has, pretty much, every store you could ask for.

Water Front Communities in Charles County, Maryland: Swan Point Golf and Yacht Club, Issue, MD I was born and raised in the Washington D.C area...been here all my life...for the exception of a 2 year stint in Florida.... (college) I have lived in Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia, so my coverage area, as an Associate Broker is quite large. I recently moved into a Water Front Community, Swan Point, which is a golf course community and it is absolutely beautiful.... I still work in Virginia 3 days a week.....but its so nice to come home now... to such a serene place..... … (0 comments)
