Are they the only ones in Lancaster County doing so?
Lancaster City Council just announced their budget for 2009, and stated that there will be a 5% increase in property taxes.  Ouch!  I think just about every other municipality is keeping a reign on property taxes and are not increasing them.  … (2 comments)
