Lake Wawasee - Sold Homes Statistics - 04/17/09 08:42 PM
I thought I would take a historical look at homes prices for Lake Wawasee as they pertain to Lake front homes and condominiums. I have compiled statistics for the years 2001 - 2008.

Google Juice from AR Continues to Amaze Me - 04/10/09 10:25 PM
 The power that Active Rain continually achieves in the search engines just amazes me. Case in point. Periodically I will do a Google search for the keywords that I use to help gain me better Google rankings for my local market. It's kind of "a gimme" that's one of the main objectives from all of those here on the Rain.

 The ice is gone, piers are going in and the crappie are working their way into the channels. As I  walk by the big blue monster in my drive, I am eager to pull that shrink wrap off and start prepping our boat for its annual launch. Eager to spend a sunny day  on our beautiful Lake Wawasee .  Real estate market in Kosciusko county for the month of March continued to lag behind the previous year.
 The greatest encouraging sign of improvement in our market is the number of current homes under contract through our Multiple Listing Service, is up to 115 and active listings are down to 942.
 Here are the statistics for sold residential homes for March 2009 as posted in the Kosciusko county MLS.
