I'm a firm believer of what comes around goes around and cyclical change is a good thing. 

As forecasts for Michigan continue to be dismal, one can only look for a greater, more prevalant optimistic future for this great State. 

Blocks of real estate can be purchased, in some districts, for pennies on the dollar.  Is this a good thing or is this a bad thing.  Revitalize, Renaissance, Tax Stimulous, Deferred Tax, Decreased Taxable Values, is this a good thing or is this a bad thing.  Optimism or Pessimism - The cup is half full or half empty?

This wonderful State, with all it's natural resources, fresh water lakes and hard working people, have and will continue to make, this State, not only one of the awe inspiring recreational locations in the Western Hemisphere but will continue to be a State with ingenuity, aspiration and insite for the rest of the Nation.  Tiresomely the people of this State endure the endless struggles, overcome those struggles and continue to be the shoulder for the rest of the nation to rely on.  If Michigan can handle it, so goes the Nation....
