After showing houses this week, many of these items came to mind.  I don't think you can clean a house too much when it is for sale.  And if something looks worn replace it!

July 2012 saw the number of home sold in county of Sumter, South Carolina decrease to 75 from 81 in June.  In July 2011, 88 homes were sold in Sumter which was an increase over June 2011 of 78.  The Year to Date Homes Sold in Sumter is still down in 2012 versus most prior years.  Year to date Homes sold in July 2012 was 441 and July 2011 was 484.  The  sales at the end of July were slightly higher than the June pending sales numbers so we may … (0 comments)

The number of homes sold in the Sumter South Carolina in the month of June increase from 71 in May to 81 in June.  While the numbers of homes sold in Sumter County showed an increase in June Sumter county is still behind prior years numbers.  The pendings at the end of June indicate that the July numbers may be comparable to July 2011 sales, but aren’t expected to be high enough to pick up for the lower numbers in April.
