A short sale is a complex real estate transaction (also unfortunately a common one at the time of this writing in 2011) that relies on several factors to be just right, including a cooperative seller, a knowledgeable listing agent, the willingness of the lien holder and the strength and patience of the buyer. In no way does the word “Short” imply a fast process because there are many things that can and sometimes do go wrong!

Tasty Beverage Co. soft opening in Downtown Raleigh - 09/05/11 10:55 AM
I know there are plenty of beer lovers in Raleigh, but I wasn't expecting to see all of them patiently waiting at the doors of Tasty Beverage Co. last Monday night. Manuel and I decided to stop by their soft opening to check the new business out. We are familiar with the the Raleigh Depot, as we frequent Tuscan Blu, one of the restaurants in this site along with Jibarra. We has seen the ad on New Raleigh Monday morning, so we thought a few stragglers like us would turn out.
