The Southern Oregon MLS is now posting REO (post-foreclosure) and Short Sale (pre-foreclosure) statitstics. The last quarter Dec 1 to Feb 28th, these sales made up 46% of the sold properties. Otherwise, sales statistics appear to be about the same in the number of sales as the same time period (0 comments)
